Jazz is a music genre that originated in New Orleans, and comprises four elements: improvisation, syncopation, swing, and blues.  It was the only popular music in U.S.A. in 1920's to 1950's.   

爵士樂是一種起源於新奧爾良的音樂流派,由四種元素組成:即興創作、節拍感、搖擺樂 和 藍調.  它是 1920 年代至 1950 年代 美國唯一的流行音樂.

Jazz music in Hong Kong was introduced through Shanghai.  Here is the song 'Drizzle'.  香港的爵士樂 是經由上海傳入的.  這首是 '毛毛雨'.

American Standards, also known as Jazz Standards, are widely known, performed, and recorded by jazz musicians, and familiar to listeners.
