The speaker, Silas Kwok, graduated from the Department of Pharmacy, National Defense Medical Centre, Taiwan, and the Institute of Aerospace Medicine, National Defense Medical Centre.
He worked as a pharmacist, in hospital administration, as an Aviation Physiology instructor, in Aviation Medicine Administration, as the head of a medical unit, was involved in Nutrition Research, as a Silas Nutrition World speaker, and as a guest speaker at the Toronto Nutrition Seminar.
The workshop will consist of four parts:
* Diet and health
* How to improve sleep quality
* Simple exercise is essential
* Question period
